Non-alarming digital Module 1,01,02 Block 1000 is in Alarm Group 15 in database DATABASE1
These messages show digital tags that have S2 = 2 in their DO/L block, but do not have Alarm Group set to 0. They cannot alarm, but it might be the case that they are intended to alarm.
Note that usage in some sites is to set new tags to Group 99 as a flag that they have not been completely resolved.
This message shows a potential error in the system configuration, although most such errors prove to be harmless. It should be reviewed and hidden, unless it shows an issue that should be addressed.
