Allowing some users to get more live data than others

One way to deal with the limitations on how much live data you can get is to give some users more live data than others, by assigning them a higher user weight. For instance, a user with a user weight of two will get twice as much data as a user with a user weight of one. By default, all users have a user weight of one.
