To import another user's text annotations:

1. Locate the other user's live loop annotation file. The live loop annotations are in the <project name>.ahb file.
2. If necessary, copy the other user's live loop annotation file to somewhere that the importing user can access it.
3. In Hyperview, in the View' menu, click Manage Annotations. The Manage Annotations dialog will open.
4. Click the Live Loop Annotations tab.
5. Click the Import Annotations From File button.
6. Navigate to and select the annotation file being imported.
7. The Import Live Loop Annotations dialog will appear. Review the Import Summary and details.
8. Click Import Annotations.
