BASCFG: BASIC Configuration (BRC-100/200) [FC91]

Specifications

Spec	Description
S1	BASIC error: 0 = trip 1 = suspend BASIC and write error to terminal
S2	Load/run flag: 0 = auto start-up 1 = manual start-up
S3	NVRAM string space allocation (1 kbyte increments)
S4	RAM data space allocation (1 kbyte increments)
S5	NVRAM program space allocation (1 kbyte increments)
