If you would like to display the same annotation on a number of documents, you can copy it instead of having to type a new annotation each time.

1. Right-click on the annotation you want to copy, and then click Copy Annotation in the popup menu.
2. Display the document you want to copy the annotation to in the content pane.
3. Right-click on an empty spot in the content pane, and then click Text Annotation and then Paste in the popup menu.

The Copy Annotation feature is only used to copy text annotations between Hyperview documents. If you would like to copy an annotation to the clipboard or to other programs, edit the annotation, select the text you want to copy, right-click on it, and choose Copy.
