To select the text size of all text annotations in your system:

• Open the Options… menu and select the View tab.
• Select the text size you want from the Annotations box.

To select the color of all text annotations in your system:

• Open the Options… menu and select the Color Scheme tab.
• Click Change Annotation Color and choose the color you want.
