You can see and change the most commonly changed options for each block using the icons in the block list: 
Click the Show Line icon 
to hide or show a block's plot line. The icon will display a check mark if the block is currently being shown on the plot, and an empty box if it is hidden. This can also be done by selecting Block | Show, or selecting Show from the block's context menu.
