You can see and change the most commonly changed options for each block using the icons in the block list: 
To change the update interval, click the update interval text box and enter the new interval. The watch window accepts the following time units:
- s seconds
- m minutes
- h hours
The default unit is seconds.
You can also change the update interval when editing the block, or change the update interval for an entire group.
