Copying live loop annotations

If you would like to display live data for the same block on a number of documents, it may be faster to copy an existing live loop annotation to each document rather than using the Live Data Options For This Block dialog each time.

1. Right-click on the annotation you want to copy, and then click Copy Live Loop Annotation in the popup menu.
2. Display the document you want to copy the annotation to in the content pane.
3. Right-click on an empty spot in the content pane, and then click Live Loop Annotation and then Paste in the popup menu.

The Copy Live Loop Annotation feature is only used to copy live loop annotations between Hyperview documents. You cannot copy a live loop annotation to the clipboard or to other programs.
