One of the powerful capabilities you gain with DBDOC is the ability to integrate arbitrary text and PDF documents into your project. DBDOC automatically detects mentions of tag names, blocks, and other document names, and creates links from them to appropriate configuration locations and documents in your system. For example, if you have a PDF document that mentions the name of an AutoCAD drawing, the name will be a link when you view the document in the Hyperview browser, and you will be able to click right through to the drawing. Text documents built into your project are fully searchable.
There are many types of text-based documents you might find useful to integrate into your project: programs, data files, hardware listings, help files, and user documentation of all sorts.
