2. Correct multiple live loop snapshot monitoring problems. Snapshot will now reset on drawing change. For both snapshot and continuous data monitoring, reset timer interval when user first requests monitoring so that data fetch begins almost immediately.

1. Fix CIUMon continuous retry on connect until succesful reply from the CIU.
