On the Highlight Menu, click Hotspots (shortcut Ctrl+Tab).
Highlights all the hyperlinks on a page. This is useful for determining the location of hyperlinks in a picture or graphical display.

You will also see a transient highlight and a tooltip if you mouse over a hotspot on a graphic:
On a text document, the dark blue hyperlink color will brighten:
