Choosing a port to get data from CIUMon

  1. On the Options menu, click Settings. Click the Configuration tab.
  2. In the UDP Port box, type the UDP port for CIUMon to use.

    Information-noshadow.png Note: Usually, the default port 5099 should be used. But if multiple instances of CIUMon will be running on the same computer, they must use different UDP ports. CIUMon will warn you if you try to set a port that matches what is already in another configuration.

  3. Make a note of the UDP port that you've chosen. You will need this number in order to configure Hyperview to get live data.
  4. Click OK to close the Options window.
